Samsung App Issue — Resolved
An issue blocking some Samsung users from launching the app has been fixed - a bugged Webview Kit update pushed by Android caused issues with multiple app's on the Play Store - more so for older Samsung devices.
If you were affected, fully close the app and reopen it. Still not loading? Clear the app's cache via Settings → Apps → The Fifth Family → Storage → Clear cache (do not clear data — that signs you out). After replicating the fix on a device encountering the same issue our end, clearing cache should not be necessary.
