Official Game Manual

The complete guide to surviving and ruling The Fifth Family.

Basics
What are the different currencies in the game?
There are three main currencies:

1. Cash ($): The standard currency used for most daily activities, items, and properties.
2. Mafia Gold (πŸͺ™): Premium currency used for special Black Market items, speeding up timers, and high-end upgrades.
3. Platinum (πŸ’Ž): The most exclusive currency. Used for Cosmetic upgrades, Loot Boxes, and extra Lucky Wheel spins. Platinum can also be converted into Mafia Gold.
What do Energy, Nerve, and Stamina do?
⚑ Energy: Used for attacking other players, training in the Gym, working Career shifts, initiating Territory Raids, and doing Drive-by attacks.

🧠 Nerve: Used exclusively for committing Street Crimes and Extorting Rackets.

πŸ›‘οΈ Stamina: Used for Garrisoning your family territories to defend them against enemy raids.

All three bars regenerate over time automatically.
How do I travel to other cities?
Using the Travel panel, you can move between unlocked cities. You can Walk (free but slow), take a Taxi (costs cash, medium speed), or fly Private Jet (expensive but instant). Different cities offer unique global buffs (e.g., +10% Casino Winnings or +5% Crime Success) and have different item/contraband markets.
What happens if I go to Jail or the Hospital?
If you lose all your Health, you go to the Hospital. If you get busted doing a crime (100% Heat) or get caught at Customs, you go to Jail. You cannot commit crimes, fight, or travel while incapacitated. You can either wait out the timer, or open the Emergency Services panel to pay a large cash fee to instantly Bail Out or Heal.
How does the Referral (Recruitment) System work?
Every player has a unique referral link found in the Recruitment Network panel (accessible from the More menu). When someone registers through your link, both of you benefit:

🎁 New Player Bonus: $10,000 starter cash + 5 Energy refill.
πŸ’° Referrer Bonus: $5,000 + 2 Mafia Gold immediately.

As your recruit levels up, you can claim additional milestone rewards:
β€’ Level 5: $25,000 + 5 Gold
β€’ Level 10: $50,000 + 10 Gold
β€’ Level 25: $100,000 + 25 Gold + 5 Platinum
β€’ Level 50: $250,000 + 50 Gold + 15 Platinum

Recruits must reach Level 3 before the referral is marked "active." Recruiter Tiers unlock at 3/10/25/50 active referrals, granting permanent bonuses like +2% Crime Cash and +5% XP Gain.
What is the Lucky Wheel?
You get one free Lucky Wheel spin every 24 hours. The wheel can land on prizes including cash, XP, Energy refills, Nerve refills, Fragments, and rarely Platinum.

Prize rarity ranges from Common (small cash/XP) to Legendary (Platinum). The wheel is a nice daily bonus but is not designed to replace active gameplay β€” think of it as a login reward.
How do I contact staff or report a bug?
Open the Support panel from the More menu. You can submit a ticket describing your issue, bug report, or question. Staff will review and respond to your ticket directly. You can check the status of your tickets at any time.

Please be specific when reporting bugs β€” include what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened.
Can I apply to become a staff member?
Yes! Open the Staff Directory from the More menu. At the bottom you'll find the Staff Application form. Fill out the application honestly β€” the admin team reviews all submissions and will contact you if selected.

Staff members help moderate chat, review support tickets, and ensure fair play across the game.
Progression
How do I level up?
You gain XP by completing Street Crimes, working Career shifts, winning fights, and spinning the Lucky Wheel. Earning enough XP increases your level, which unlocks new cities, higher tier rackets, better properties, and rewards you with Legacy Points.
What is the Academy?
You can enroll in university courses to earn Degrees. Courses cost cash and take real-world hours to complete. Graduating grants permanent stat multipliers (e.g., +10% Job Pay, +5% Gym Gains). You can only study one course at a time.
What are Legacy Points and Bloodlines?
Every time you level up, you earn Legacy Points (LP). You can spend these in the Bloodline panel to unlock permanent, passive buffs across two skill trees: Combat (boosting STR, DEF, AGI, DEX) and Empire (boosting Income, Crime Success, Nerve, etc).
How does the Mansion work?
Your Mansion is your personal estate. As you gain Estate XP, your Estate Level increases. You can spend Cash and Mafia Gold to construct and upgrade rooms (like the Gym, Library, or Clinic) which provide permanent passive buffs like faster gym training or reduced hospital times.

⭐ Prestige System: Once a room reaches maximum level, you can continue upgrading it with Prestige tiers. Each Prestige level adds an additional +0.5% bonus on top of the max level bonus. Prestige costs escalate exponentially ($500k for P1, $1.25M for P2, $3.1M for P3, etc.) and also require Mafia Gold. Prestige has no cap β€” it is the ultimate endgame money sink.
How do Careers work?
You can work shifts in various careers (Dealer, Bouncer, Driver, Hitman). Working shifts earns you Cash, XP, and Career Promos. Ranking up in a career unlocks permanent perks (like -10% Jail Time or +10% Attack Damage). You can spend 2x Energy to work Overtime.
What are Vigilantes?
Vigilantes are elite operatives you can recruit. You collect their Fragments from the Platinum Store or Loot Boxes. Gathering enough fragments unlocks their Stars (1 to 5). Each star permanently increases your base stats (STR, DEF, AGI, DEX) without needing to be equipped.
What is the Syndicate Pass?
The Syndicate Pass gives you Daily and Weekly contracts (e.g., "Win 5 Fights", "Commit 10 Crimes"). Completing these contracts allows you to claim rewards including Cash, XP, Mafia Gold, and Platinum.
How do Rackets work?
Rackets are underground businesses you can extort for passive income. You must meet level and stat requirements to take them over. Once owned, they generate cash on a set interval. You must manually collect the cash, and there is a constant risk of the racket being Raided or shut down by cops.
How does the Iron Fist Gym work?
Training in the Gym increases your core combat stats (STR, DEF, AGI, DEX). You select a specific regimen tree (e.g., Weights, Sparring) which costs Energy and takes real-world time to complete. Once finished, you gain stats and Mastery in that regimen. You can also pay cash to speed up the timer instantly.
What is Mansion Prestige?
Once a Mansion room reaches its maximum upgrade level, a golden PRESTIGE button appears. Prestige levels have no cap β€” you can keep upgrading forever.

Each Prestige level adds +0.5% to that room's bonus on top of the maximum level bonus. The cost escalates exponentially:

β€’ Prestige 1: $500,000 + 10 Mafia Gold
β€’ Prestige 2: $1,250,000 + 20 Mafia Gold
β€’ Prestige 3: $3,125,000 + 30 Mafia Gold
β€’ Prestige 5: $19,500,000 + 50 Mafia Gold
β€’ Prestige 10: $47,600,000 + 100 Mafia Gold

Prestige is the ultimate endgame investment. The bonuses are small but permanent, and the costs ensure that even the richest players always have something to chase.
What is Street Intel?
Street Intel presents 3 rotating criminal opportunities that refresh throughout the day. Each opportunity has a risk level (Low to Extreme), a time limit, and a cash/XP reward.

The process:
1. πŸ” Scout (Optional): Spend 2 Nerve to reveal estimated success rates for each approach and decode modifier effects.
2. 🎯 Choose Approach: Each opportunity has 3 approaches tied to different stats (Strength, Agility, Dexterity).
3. 🎲 Execution: Your success is calculated from your stats, equipment, heat level, and the active modifier.
4. ⚠️ Complication (30% chance on success): Something goes wrong β€” choose to Fight, Run, or Talk your way out.
5. πŸ’Ž Loot Drop: Critical Successes have a chance to drop rare items directly into your inventory.

There is a 10-minute cooldown between attempts. Legendary opportunities are extremely rare (~2% spawn chance) but offer massive rewards.

Outcome bands: Critical Success (90+) β†’ Success (70-89) β†’ Partial Success (50-69) β†’ Failure (25-49) β†’ Disaster (1-24).
What are Cosmetics?
Cosmetics are visual customizations for your profile. You can purchase profile borders, name colors, background effects, and avatar frames from the Platinum Store using Platinum currency.

Cosmetics are purely visual β€” they do not affect combat stats or gameplay. They are a way to show off your status and personalize your profile.
How do I level up?
You gain Experience Points (XP) by completing Crimes, carrying out Street Intel operations, working Careers, winning Street Races, and defeating other players in Combat.

The leveling curve is designed to start fast but get much harder as you rise to power. The first 10 levels fly by quickly so you can get established. As you push past Level 50 and approach Level 100, each level requires serious, continuous grinding. Always aim for higher-tier crimes to match your level requirements.
Crimes
How do crimes work and what is Heat?
You spend Nerve to commit crimes. Each success grants Cash, XP, and occasionally items.

However, every crime generates Heat. As your Heat percentage rises, your chance of success drops significantly. If your Heat reaches 100%, you are almost guaranteed to be busted and sent to Jail. You can lower your Heat by Bribing the cops (costs cash).
What is Crime Mastery?
Every time you successfully complete a specific crime, you gain Mastery XP for that crime. Earning enough XP ranks up your Mastery for that crime (up to Level 5). Higher Mastery levels permanently increase your success rate and cash payout for that specific operation.
Combat
How does attacking work and what are the stats?
Combat relies on your four main stats:
πŸ’ͺ Strength: Increases your damage output.
πŸ›‘οΈ Defence: Reduces the damage you take.
πŸ’¨ Agility: Increases your chance to dodge attacks.
🎯 Dexterity: Increases your chance to land critical hits and bypass enemy dodges.

Winning fights steals 5% of the loser's unbanked cash (capped at $15,000 per attack). Your equipped vehicle also contributes bonus combat stats on top of your gear. Always bank your cash to protect it.
How does Equipment work?
You can outfit your character by equipping items to your Loadout (Weapon, Armor, Helmet, Gloves, Belt, Necklace, Special). Equipment has Durability that decreases as you fight or play minigames. You must repair your gear using cash before its durability hits 0%, otherwise its stat bonuses will be disabled.

⚠️ Daily Wear: Even if you don't fight, equipped items slowly degrade each day from general use. Lower quality gear (Grey, Green) degrades faster (3-4 points/day), while higher quality gear (Purple, Gold) is more durable (1-2 points/day).

πŸ’° Repair Costs scale by quality: Grey items cost 15% of their value to repair, Green 12%, Blue 8%, Purple 5%, and Gold 2.5%. Keeping a full Gold loadout maintained is a luxury β€” choose your gear wisely.
Do vehicles affect combat?
Yes! Your equipped vehicle provides bonus combat stats (Strength, Defence, Agility) on top of your regular equipment. These bonuses are automatically applied to all attacks and defences.

Better vehicles provide larger stat bonuses. For example, a basic Honda Civic might add +3 STR / +2 DEF / +1 AGL, while a top-tier Porsche adds significantly more. Vehicle stats are a meaningful supplement to your gear β€” typically adding 30-50% extra stats on top of a full equipment loadout.

You can view your vehicle's combat bonuses in the Garage panel.
How much cash can be stolen in PVP?
When you lose a fight, the attacker steals 5% of your unbanked cash, up to a maximum of $15,000 per attack.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: Always deposit your cash in the bank before logging off. Cash in your bank account cannot be stolen. The bank charges a 2% transfer fee when sending money to other players, but deposits and withdrawals are free.
Why didn't I get any XP from winning a fight?
Combat XP scales based on the level difference between you and your target to prevent high-level players from farming new players.

⚠️ Anti-Bullying Rule: If you attack a player who is MORE THAN 10 LEVELS below you, you will earn EXACTLY 0 XP. You can still steal their unbanked cash, but your character gains no combat experience from swatting a fly.

Conversely, if you punch up and defeat a player higher level than you, you earn a massive XP multiplier bonus. Fight your own weight class to level up.
Economy
How does the Bank work?
The Offshore Bank protects your cash from being stolen in PvP fights. It pays 0.1% daily interest on your balance (0.2% if you are a VIP/Platinum member). Your vault has a maximum storage capacity, which you can upgrade using Mafia Gold to store more.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Interest is calculated and paid once per day automatically. Mansion upgrades (Vault Room) can further increase your interest rate. While interest is a nice bonus, it's designed as a slow, passive supplement β€” not a primary income source.
How do the Item Market and Black Market differ?
The Item Market is player-to-player. You can list your unequipped items for sale (subject to a 5% market tax).

The Black Market is an underground NPC dealer offering rare, powerful items for Mafia Gold. The Black Market stock is limited and rotates weekly.
How does the Stock Market (LSE) work?
The Liberty Stock Exchange allows you to buy and sell shares of corporate stock. Prices fluctuate throughout the day. The market is only open for trading between 09:00 and 21:00 server time.
What are Daily Protection Fees?
Every day, a protection fee is automatically deducted from your cash. This represents the cost of maintaining your criminal operations and staying under the radar.

The fee scales smoothly with your level using the formula: LevelΒ² Γ— $3.

Examples:
β€’ Level 5: $75/day
β€’ Level 10: $300/day
β€’ Level 25: $1,875/day
β€’ Level 50: $7,500/day
β€’ Level 75: $16,875/day

The fee is capped at $50,000/day. It is deducted from your cash first. If you don't have enough cash, it will be taken from your bank. This is a core part of the economy β€” you must keep earning to stay afloat.
What is Property Maintenance?
Every day, each property you own charges a maintenance fee equal to 10% of its daily income. This covers operational costs like staff, repairs, and utilities.

For example, if your property earns $600/day, maintenance is $60/day, leaving you with $540/day net income.

Maintenance is deducted automatically from your cash. If you can't afford it, you'll receive a warning β€” your property still stands but you're living beyond your means. Factor maintenance into your investment calculations.
What are Daily Operating Costs (Wealth Tax)?
If your total net worth (cash + bank) exceeds $500,000, you are charged daily operating costs equal to 0.1% of your net worth above the threshold.

Examples:
β€’ $1M net worth: $500/day
β€’ $5M net worth: $4,500/day
β€’ $10M net worth: $9,500/day
β€’ $20M net worth: $19,500/day

This represents the cost of running your criminal empire β€” bribes, safe houses, legal fees, and protection. The tax is deducted from your cash first, then your bank. It ensures that even the wealthiest players must keep actively earning.
Why is my equipment losing durability overnight?
All equipped items experience natural wear and tear daily, even if you don't fight. This simulates the cost of maintaining your gear in the criminal underworld.

Decay rates depend on item quality:
β€’ Grey: 4 durability/day (fragile)
β€’ Green: 3 durability/day
β€’ Blue: 2 durability/day
β€’ Purple: 2 durability/day
β€’ Gold: 1 durability/day (most durable)

When an item reaches 0% durability, its stat bonuses are disabled until repaired. Keeping high-end gear equipped is a deliberate ongoing cost. Some players choose to unequip expensive gear when not actively fighting to save on repairs.
How much does it cost to repair equipment?
Repair costs are based on the item's quality and sale price:

β€’ Grey: 15% of item value
β€’ Green: 12% of item value
β€’ Blue: 8% of item value
β€’ Purple: 5% of item value
β€’ Gold: 2.5% of item value

Higher quality items are proportionally cheaper to repair, but since they cost more overall, the absolute cost is still significant. For example, a $1,200,000 Gold weapon costs $30,000 per repair, while a $6,000 Grey jacket costs $900.

You can repair items from your Inventory panel or the Chop Shop (for vehicles).
What is The Fifth Shop?
The Fifth Shop is the NPC-run general store where you can buy equipment directly using cash. Items are organized by category (Weapons, Armor, Helmets, Gloves, Belts, Necklaces, Specials) and by quality tier (Grey through Gold).

Prices are fixed and always available β€” unlike the Black Market which rotates stock. The Fifth Shop is your primary source for planned gear upgrades. Compare prices carefully: Gold-tier gear costs $600,000-$1,500,000 and represents weeks of grinding.
Properties
How does Real Estate work?
You can purchase Deeds to properties across different cities. Properties generate passive hourly income which goes into the property's Vault. You must manually collect the cash from the vault before it reaches maximum capacity. You can upgrade Marketing to increase hourly yield, and Expansion to increase the vault capacity.

⚠️ Daily Maintenance: Every day, each property charges a 10% maintenance fee based on its daily income. This is automatically deducted from your cash. If you can't afford maintenance, you'll receive a warning notification. Properties are a long-term investment β€” expect a 40-90 day return on investment.
Racing
How do the Chop Shop and Street Racing work?
When you steal cars via crimes, they go to your Chop Shop. You can immediately chop them for quick cash, or equip them as your Active Ride.

Active Rides can be upgraded (Speed, Handling, Acceleration) and used in Midnight Circuit races. Racing damages your car's Durability, which must be repaired. If Durability hits 0%, the car is Totaled.
Smuggling
How does Syndicate Smuggling work?
You can buy contraband at wholesale prices in specific origin cities, then travel via the Airport to other cities to sell it at Live Street Value.

Be careful: the more cargo you carry, the higher your Border Seizure Risk. If customs flags you, you must choose to Run (spend Energy and risk Jail), Bribe (lose 50% of your cash), or Surrender the goods.
Casino
What limits exist in the Casino?
The Grand Casino features VIP Blackjack, Roulette, and Slots.

To protect your empire, the casino enforces a Daily Loss Limit based on your player level. Once you hit your loss limit for the day, you cannot place further bets. There is also a Table Max Bet limit that scales with your level.
What games are available in the Casino?
The Grand Casino features four games:

🎰 Slots: Spin the reels and match symbols. Payouts range from 2x to 100x your bet, with rare Mega Jackpots paying 25x-100x.

πŸƒ Blackjack: Classic card game against the dealer. Hit, Stand, or Double Down. Blackjack pays 2.5x, regular wins pay 2x.

🎑 Roulette: Place bets on numbers, colors, or ranges. Single number pays 36x, colors pay 2x, dozens pay 3x.

πŸƒ Poker: Texas Hold'em style. Make the best 5-card hand. Payouts scale with hand strength from Pair (1.5x) to Royal Flush (250x).

All games enforce a max bet (Level Γ— $200) and a daily loss limit (Level Γ— $1,000). The Casino is entertainment β€” the house always has an edge.
Families
How do Families and Treasuries work?
Players level 10+ can pay $10,000 to found a Family. Families have a hierarchy (Associate, Soldier, Capo, Underboss, Don). Members can donate cash to the Family Treasury, which is used to fund Territory Headquarters upgrades and place City Bounties.
What is the Family HQ?
The Family HQ is your family's headquarters. Members can donate Cash, Bricks, and Steel to upgrade it. Higher HQ levels unlock stronger territory wall defenses, larger treasury capacity, and family-wide bonuses.

Bricks and Steel are gathered from Resource Nodes on the Territory War Map (costs 3 Energy per gather, 5 materials per gather, 5-minute cooldown). Resource nodes respawn automatically via the server.
What are the Family Ranks?
Families have a hierarchy of ranks with increasing permissions:

1. Associate: Basic member. Can donate to treasury and participate in territory raids.
2. Soldier: Can participate in Drive-By attacks on enemy territories.
3. Capo: Can manage recruitment (accept/deny applications).
4. Underboss: Can promote/demote members, set MOTD, and manage family settings.
5. Don: Full control. Can disband the family, set tax rates (if controlling Don Hall), appoint government positions, and transfer leadership.

Rank 4+ (Underboss/Don) can initiate Territory Raids. All members can garrison territories to defend them using Stamina.
Territories
How does the Territory War Map work?
Families fight for control of 20 city districts.
To take a territory, you must first destroy its walls via Drive-By attacks (costs 5 Energy). Once vulnerable, Rank 4+ members can initiate a Raid (costs 25 Energy, starts a 60-minute siege).

Road-Gating: You can only raid territories that are physically connected to a territory your family already owns.
What are Bricks and Steel?
Resource Nodes are scattered around the map. You can spend 3 Energy to gather Bricks or Steel from them. These resources are donated to your Family HQ to upgrade your territory walls and defenses.
What is Don Hall and the Sentry Towers?
Don Hall is the ultimate seat of power in the center of the map. It is protected by 4 Sentry Towers.

1. War Windows are scheduled by the system.
2. 10 minutes before Don Hall opens, the 4 Sentry Towers unlock.
3. Families must race to capture ALL 4 Sentry Towers (15-min raid, grants 24hr peace shield).
4. If a family holds all 4 towers, they can siege Don Hall (2-hour raid).
5. Capturing Don Hall grants a 48-hour peace shield, $5,000/hr to the family vault, and City Government powers.
Government
What powers does the City Government have?
The family that controls Don Hall rules the city. The Don can:
1. Set the City Tax (0-10%), taking a cut of all crime income city-wide into their family vault.
2. Appoint players to 9 Government Positions (Mayor, Enforcer, etc.) which grant massive stat buffs.
3. Issue City Proclamations that appear to all players.
4. Place City Bounties on enemies, paid directly from the family vault.
Bounties
How do Hitlist Contracts (Bounties) work?
Players can place anonymous cash bounties on other players through the Underground Escrow (Hitlist). If you defeat a player who has an active bounty on their head, you instantly claim the cash reward.

The City Government (Don) can also place City Bounties using the family treasury.
