Your voice shapes what we build next — and there's a reward for taking part.
The Survey Is Live
We've just sent a Player Feedback Survey to every player's in-game Mailbox. It covers onboarding, crime, combat, the economy, community and bugs — and it only takes a few minutes.
Open the mail titled "We Want Your Feedback" and tap Complete Survey Now to begin.
The Reward
Complete the survey and — once a staff member has reviewed your response — you'll receive:
- 300 Mafia Gold
- 1 Gold Loot Crate
Rewards are sent by in-game mail after your submission is verified, so keep an eye on your Mailbox.
Important — You May Need To Refresh
This update included a change to the Mailbox code. If the survey mail looks broken, the "Complete Survey Now" button doesn't appear, or anything in your Mailbox renders oddly:
- On web: do a hard refresh (Ctrl + F5, or Cmd + Shift + R on Mac)
- On the app: fully close and reload the app
This forces the latest code to load and the mail will render correctly. This only needs to be done once.
One Submission Per Player
You can submit the survey once, so take your time and give us your honest answers — that's what makes it useful.
