Arena lock-ins, Mansion expanded.

A packed update across Arena, the Mansion, and a handful of long-overdue fixes. There are real changes to how Arena works — read carefully before locking in.

⚔️ Arena — Now Truly Locked

Arena now locks every combat element of your account now. Some areas were leaking through and working live. This is no longer the case.

When you enter Arena now, everything snapshots at that moment:

• Gear and enhancement levels
• Equipped vehicle
• Base stats (STR / DEF / AGI / DEX / Max HP)
• Academy courses and degrees
• Bloodline allocations
• Family perks
• Career rank
• Blood bond milestones
• Collection bonuses
• Vigilante stats

Changes after lock-in have zero effect on your Arena fights for the rest of the season. Set yourself up for combat fully. There is no going back otherwise until the next season.

What you'll see now

Before you lock in, a confirmation modal shows your full preview: equipped gear with enhancement badges, vehicle, post-perk Fighting Stats (the actual STR/DEF/AGI/DEX you'll fight with), and every bonus that's about to be frozen, grouped by source.

After you lock in, your Locked Loadout panel has a new "Locked Bonuses" dropdown below the gear grid. Tap it to see exactly what's frozen for the season.

🏛️ Mansion — Two New Rooms

The Boxing Ring 🥊

A private ring for sparring and conditioning. Speeds up stamina regen. Unlocks at Estate Level 2.

The Sauna 🧖

Cedar walls, hot stones, old-world muscle therapy. Speeds up natural vitality recovery between fights. Unlocks at Estate Level 3.

Both follow the same curve: +3% at L1, scaling to +30% at L10.

Regen rooms now target their own stat

Heads up — this is a balance fix. The Lounge, Nerve Den, Boxing Ring, and Sauna each now buff only their named stat. Previously the Lounge and Nerve Den were unintentionally speeding up every regen stat and slightly compounding when several was upgraded. That was never the design.

If you owned both regen rooms before, your non-targeted stats will regen slightly slower now. The Boxing Ring and Sauna are how you get that back — and more.
