May 8 Patch Notes: Combat Leaderboard, Rackets Rebalance & The Drop Updates
Patch Notes — May 8
Quick housekeeping update
A few balance fixes and clarity improvements rolled out today.
What changed
Combat Power Leaderboard
The leaderboard now reflects pure gym training only as it was already intended. No more inflated numbers from gear/vehicle or any other perks that leaked through.
Rackets — Strength Gates Rebalanced
We've cut the strength requirements down across the board so higher tiered rackets are actually reachable. The top racket now sits at 130 STR instead of 616 - 616 was a calculation based off the leaderboard Combat Power(STR) but these were incorrectly inflated numbers.
Rackets — Honest Gates
Strength chips on racket cards now correctly turn red when you don't qualify and green when you do.
Gym Page — Clearer Numbers
The small annotation under each stat now shows your true base trained value (10 starting + gym progression), labelled clearly as "Base X". Routine projections now show base→base too, so you can actually see what your next rank will give you.
The Drop — Household Update
We've heard from players living with family who play TFF together. Same-IP drops are no longer blocked outright. Instead, each account on a shared IP can pair-bond with one other account on that same IP — perfect for couples, parents, siblings. A third account on the same IP is still blocked from joining the pair.
Any further issues, open a support ticket and we'll get to it ASAP.
