Family Devotion Release & Real Estate Adjustment

Family Devotion is now live! Head to "Family HQ" > "Devotion" and set your own tax %'s for relevant game systems. This is NOT a mandatory leadership tax. This is something you can set yourself individually; no matter the rank - to balance your contributions to your family's treasury for upgrades. Contributions continue to count under "Your Contributions" permanently and you can track your daily contributions within devotion separately. This only tracks & shows the day you're on - at this time, we're not providing a full scale breakdown and it's something we will look to introduce in the future when it aligns better with database sustainability.

Family HQ's activity log will add a notification when a member sets their ledger.

Real Estate has had an adjustment! Revenue and Max Vault has been improved by exactly 3x on every single property. Costs to obtain real estate and said Revenue & Max Vault upgrades are not changed; they did not increase nor decrease - only the hourly income and max vault caps has increased by 3x.

The level gate on Real Estate has also been removed. You only need the district unlocked and to be within it now as this was intended just like Rackets.
