Arena Re-launching @ 12:00 Today

Hello everyone!

We have largely finished the work on the Arena but will use the last two weeks of the Battle Pass to test the new system before matching the Battle Pass and Arena reward scheduling so we can have cohesive flavour across these monthly events. Expect arena prizes to have something to do with the Battle Pass theme and vice versa after this period!

We've made an exclusive item for this testing period - Band of the Arena Builder, a new and powerful hat for those winning the test seasons of this new arena and helping us test out this newly reconstructed system.

We have made several changes to the arena by popular demand, trying to keep both old and new players in mind. This new version of the arena has the same amount of targets per page but vastly different rules:

• Fights to the death added - no more 10 round limits.
• One Boss player per page meant to be closer to your stats, so every level range of player has a target on every page. These NPC players will have a randomly generated amount of stat advantage over you, keeping you on your toes as to whether you should take them on, regardless of your level, and reward like it.
• A rating system that has a gambling aspect, if you lose a fight, you lose all points gained for this page so far. You can then continue that page or move onto the next page, but those fights are lost alongside the bounties from that page so far.
• The reward points for killing others or bounty is entirely based on a calculated % victory chance against each specific target. It is all relative to you.
• At any point you can choose to "Lock in" your bounties for the page and move on to the next page, securing your winnings.

As always, I welcome your feedback towards making this game the best it can be. I'm confident after this testing season we will have something we can all enjoy. To all you veterans who very much enjoyed the ELO system - do not despair, we are cooking something up for you in particular in the very near future. Stay tuned!
