Vitals update & Free daily refill adjustment

Vitals & Bank/Black Market
You can now click/tap any of the 4 vital resources in your top bar and use the relevant consumable to that vital. You can also tap your Cash for quick access to your bank & Mafia Gold for quick access to the Black Market.

Free Daily Refills
You can now choose which vital you wish to refill rather than being forced to refill all. There can also be no more accidental wasted refills as you won't be given the option to refill that vital if already full. You can use all 4 once per day, just as before but individually if you wish.

Desktop UX Update
You can now collapse the chat to optimize screen space. You will continue to receive a notification icon on the collapse button if a new family chat message appears. BP Missions & Syndicate Missions icons, Bloodlines & Tutorial buttons now all render in the same row on your top area rather than inside the header previously. This fixes the truncation on devices such as Chrome Books, Tablets & iPads where space was tight - if you have been adjusting your zoom to get around this, you can now go back to playing at 100% zoom.
