Stop limiting the number of times i can hit the same player

The one-attack limit per day on any given player inhubits our ability to flex. I should be able to beat them repeatedly if nees be. Or if I feel like it

Also, get rid of the 6-minute protection window for those who get out of the hospital, and instead offer an XP bonus for hitting such players during that window. That would make it more fun.
