Suggestions & Feedback — We Read Every Post

Got an idea to make the game better? Think something could be improved? This is the section for that.

We genuinely read every suggestion posted here. Some of the best features in the game came directly from player feedback.

• Be specific. "Make the game better" is not a suggestion. "Add a timer showing when my next smuggling run is available" is a suggestion.
• Explain the problem first. Tell us what is frustrating or missing before jumping to your solution. Sometimes the best fix is different from what you expect.
• One idea per thread. If you have three suggestions, make three threads. It makes discussion and tracking much easier.
• Check if someone already suggested it. If they did, reply to their thread with your support instead of creating a duplicate.

• Not every suggestion will be implemented. Some ideas conflict with game balance, technical limitations, or our design vision. We appreciate every idea even if we cannot use it.
• Upvote suggestions you agree with. The more support a suggestion gets, the more attention it receives from the team.
• Be respectful. Disagree with ideas, not people.
