Store Overhaul – Reworking the Battle Pass, VIP System, and Loot Crates

Hey everyone,

I wanted to open up a discussion regarding the current state of our in-game store, the Battle Pass (BP), and starter packs. If we want to grow our player base long-term, we need a monetization model that appeals to both Free-to-Play (F2P) players and paying customers.
Right now, the store feels like new players need to buy and has p2w vibes (not saying it is), which can drive new players away.

Here are my thoughts and suggestions on how we can improve the economy for the benefit of the game:

1. Simplify the Store & Remove Loot Crates

The Problem: Heavy monetization and randomized loot crates are major turn-offs for both short-term and long-term player retention.

The Solution: Loot crates need to go 100%. The store should primarily focus on direct-purchase items, the Battle Pass, and limited Starter Packs. Keeping it clean makes the game feel less "pay-to-win."

2. Streamline the Battle Pass & VIP System

The Problem: Right now, players have to buy a Battle Pass and a separate starter pack just to get VIP status. It feels redundant and unnecessary.

The Solution: Let's combine them. The Battle Pass should run on a one-month duration, be priced slightly cheaper, and automatically include VIP status. Making the BP high-value will encourage a massive portion of the F2P player base to convert into monthly buyers.

3. Retire the "Hustler Pack"

Instead of dividing player spending across multiple competing packs, we should retire the Hustler Pack and put that value into a highly advertised, rewarding Battle Pass. If the BP is the clear "best value" in the game, players will buy it.

Our goal should be to create a welcoming environment for F2P players while ensuring that those who do spend money feel like they are getting genuine value, not just chasing RNG.

Please leave your thoughts and suggestions below! How do you feel about the current store setup, and what changes would make you more likely to support the game?
