Estate Level Display and Crushing Cars

The estate level in the banner isn't updating when you upgrade the mansion. My mansion is level four and my banner still says level one.
And I'm still digging into this but I can't seem to find where to crush cars now. I have a mission for it but I can't find it in the garage.
Edit: As of posting this, the estate level on the display banner thing is showing the correct level. IDK if it was fixed or it lags, but figured I'd keep it in this post.
